Each year, more than 200,000 men and women make the transition from military service to civilian life. Securing employment has always been a major priority for the recently separated. In 2020, due to the economic downturn caused by the pandemic, the challenge has been greater and deeper. But, despite setbacks, our veterans have found pathways to work, using the skills and grit they acquired in the military.
