Young adults are experiencing high levels of unemployment due to the pandemic. But some training and education providers say there are options for this population. A forthcoming Brookings report calls for a reconfiguring of the school-to-work transition that includes “a more expansive vision of work-based learning" through changes in education and employment policies.
